How to delete your data

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you. This includes your account information, Snapchat tokens, upload history, presets, and billing records.

Option 1 — Email request

Send an email to support@snapuploader.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted

We will confirm deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.

Option 2 — In-app deletion

If you have an active account, you can initiate deletion from your Account & Billing page. Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account". This will immediately schedule your data for permanent deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials (email, name, password hash)
  • Snapchat OAuth tokens
  • Upload history and campaign presets
  • Any staged media files in our storage
  • Snapchat account history records (used for trial tracking)

Retention period: After a deletion request, data is permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.

Facebook / Meta connected apps

If you connected via Google OAuth, removing our app from your Google account permissions will prevent future access. We will also delete all associated data upon receiving your deletion request.
