Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SnapUploader ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SnapUploader is a web-based tool that enables users to bulk upload media files to Snapchat Ads Manager, configure campaigns, and publish advertisements. The Service requires a valid Snapchat Business account and ad account to function.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. You must have a legitimate Snapchat Ads Manager account in good standing.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@snapuploader.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. The free trial is limited to one per Snapchat Ads account. Attempting to circumvent this limit by creating multiple accounts with the same Snapchat credentials is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish content that violates Snapchat's advertising policies
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary code
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service or circumvent rate limits
• Share your account credentials with users outside your organisation
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive advertising

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all media and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely as required to provide the Service. SnapUploader's platform, code, design, and branding are our exclusive intellectual property.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Snapchat Ads API and Google Drive. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to, or unavailability of, these third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that Snapchat API integrations will remain functional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@snapuploader.com. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
